Below you will find our always accurate availability calendar. You can see the price per week by dragging your mouse over the calendar. By using this calendar you get an instant online quote and proceed to make a booking request. Simply select your dates and number of guests and click "continue".  Once you have made a booking it is confirmed instantly.

How to pay?
When you are proceeding with the above, you have two options to pay:

Pay by Credit Card....
for your convenience and protection; our agent, RentalSystems, makes a 2% charge for credit card bookings. There is also a €12 booking fee.

.... or pay by bank/wire transfer.
If you prefer not to use a credit card online, you can pay by bank/wire transfer. Payment is made in Euros to our bank account in the Netherlands. 

If you use this payment method, there is no booking fee and no surcharge.

If you prefer the bank/wire transfer method of payment, secure your booking online in the same way as above, but please make a note of your requirements in the "Other Information" box when you book so we can e-mail you our bank details.

We take a 20% deposit to secure reservation and final payment 8 weeks before arrival date. If your stay commences within 8 weeks of your booking date, then the full amount is due on booking.

Any monies paid are non-returnable unless we are able to rebook the apartment at the original price.
 

High Season details:

From May to September there is a minimum booking period of one week, preferred starting/finishing on a Saturday.

Low Season details:

For the rest of the year there is a three night minimum, starting/finishing any day you like.

For stays of 3-5 nights there is a one-off short stay supplement of €100. This sum is not applied to stays of six nights or more.

Long term winter stays. Our rates are already discounted for the winter season. But if you book three weeks during the November - February period, we'll give you an additional 15.5% discount.

LOOKING FOR DIFFERENT STARTING/FINISHING DAYS OR A SHORT STAY IN HIGH SEASON?
Please make a request by e-mail first. But feel free to fill gaps by selecting your arrival day when another booking ends or selecting your departure day when another booking begins.
