The lift (elevator) from the luxurious entrance of the residence will bring you to the apartment which is on the second floor (American = 3rd floor).
Living room early in the morning
The bright and spacious living room features a comfortable lounge seating and a large dining table and chairs for 6 people plus air conditioning, TV (wide selection of digital television channels), DVD player and selection of DVD's and stereo system. There is a high chair for children available. For those who need Internet access there is free broadband high speed WiFi access.

The fully equipped kitchen
is just next door and includes an electric cooker, an oven, a
microwave, an American fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing
machine, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. There is ample crockery
and cutlery and a supply of herbs and spices.

The living room has French sliding doors leading onto a 10 m² large balcony with stunning views of the Bay of Angels and the beach below. Built as a loggia, this south facing terrace has seating for 6 with optimum privacy. The sunblind is automatic and all windows are fitted with automatic roll-down shutters as well. The view from the balcony has been captured by many a famous artist and whilst sipping your Gin and tonic you'll appreciate why.

The 3 double bedrooms are located at the quiet rear of the apartment, looking out onto a quiet, private residential area. The first bedroom has a King-sized double bed, 180 cm (5' 11") width, that can be split into twin beds. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized double bed, 160 cm (5' 6") width. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed (140 cm width) and a folding baby cot / crib. There is plenty of storage space as the bedrooms are equipped with a high wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Additionally the third bedroom contains a storage / utility cupboard in which you can find some beach chairs, beach umbrellas and some other beach stuff.
The bedrooms open out onto a small balcony and share 2 bathrooms: bathroom 1 has a bath, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet; bathroom 2 has a shower, a washbasin and a second toilet.
The apartment is equipped with an iron and two hairdryers for your convenience. Bed linen and towels are all included, no extra costs!

The rear balcony looks out onto a quiet private residential area.
But with this front terrace, you don't want to sit anywhere else.
If you know Nice then you'll appreciate the apartments position, centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais (the only place to be!!)
are many bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment. Just a short
walking distance of 10 minutes from the world famous Negresco hotel.
The beach is just 50 metres away with only the broad Promenade in
between and the large balcony has uninterrupted views of the whole bay.

Since 2009 Nice has 90 self-service bicycle hiring stations. This one is across the street from the apartment. Costs: 1 euro per day.

The apartment couldn't be easier to find! You can take the Airport Bus no. 98 which will bring you for €4.00 per person to the apartment in 15 minutes. It departs every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 2. Or take a taxi from the airport at a cost of +/- €30.
Private underground garage
First of all: you don't need a car as the public transport in Nice is very good and only costs 1.50 euro within 74 minutes. But in case you arrive by car, you can use free of charge the private underground garage, which is inside the building and which can be reached by lift as well. Garages in the centre of Nice are a luxury and most of the time they are of a small size (the same is true for hotel garages if they have one); therefore we provide you the exact dimensions of the garage: its width is 250 cm, its length is 677 cm, but please note that the private gate is smaller (width 210 cm x height 185 cm) and to park your car is not that easy!! Nevertheless I found guests happy with their parking space in the garage (the best way is to park with the back of the car first), but there were also many of them who didn't succeed to fit their car.

What does the Nice apartment cost?
Costs are in Euros for the whole apartment for up to 6 people (not per person!).
minimum stay is only 3 nights and you can arrive and leave on any day
you want, except in the summer months (May - October) when it is
seven days Saturday to Saturday.

Are there any other charges?
For short stays - less than one week - prices are pro-rata to the appropriate weekly rate. However, for stays of five nights or fewer there is a one-off short stay supplement of €100; this sum is not applied to stays of six nights or more.
Apart from this, there are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES!

Why would you prefer a Nice apartment rather than a Nice hotel?
convenience and value for money! The average Nice hotel room is less
than 20 m² (215 ft²). Even the 5 star Hotel Negresco only gives you 25
m². Why not rent a Nice apartment that features a terrace (which the hotels do not have) and
that has beautiful views of the bay of Angels, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage?
Don’t wait for expensive room service, but have the luxury to take what you want from the kitchen. You can't find a hotel for 2-3 people in a location like this more cheaply. And for a family of 4-6 it's a steal.
When occupied by 6 people, the individual price works out at a very reasonable 19 euros (low season) to 43 euros (peak season) per person per night. The same amount you would pay per person for a shared room in a youth hostel!
